James Zawrotny, Managing Partner
Jim once dreamed of running his own business while on active duty. Even the name of the company is a tribute to his roots as a USCG pilot. He developed a passion for aviation safety and fatigue management, honing his skills over 15 years actively managing and growing aviation safety management systems. He even led the charge as the first military unit to be IS-BAO registered in 2009. As an experienced military, business aviation, and airline safety professional, he brings that passion to each of our clients' needs.
Jim oversees the creative direction at 3393 Aviation Services as well as business development and operations.
